Explore and nourish inner and outer worlds
*
by planting an herb garden About Yulia Sulo, facilitator Yulia learned about herbs from an early age in her native Germany from her grandmother, great aunts and father. She has studied with numerous well-loved herbal teachers, local Appalachians and international shamans. She has worked on organic farms, the Center for the Preservation of Medicinal Herbs, Landreformers Greenhouse, United Plant Savers, and is actively involved in the Wisteria reclamation project. Now in her fourth year living on the land in her handbuilt rustic cabin, she is ecstatic to share the joy and understanding the natural world has afforded her. About the Site Wisteria's many acres of forest are natural habitat to medicinal plants and to an abundance of wildlife. As one part of its ecological plan, Wisteria supports forest management and on-going reclamation of grasslands and wetlands.
